Refund Policy

1.Wallet Recharge: A member can recharge maximum Rs. 10,00,000/- in his/her Smart Card.

2.Once amount recharge in his/her Smart Card, Bank cannot refund the amount at his level.

3.Amount recharged by the member in his/her Smart Card, will be used in all activities i.e. Restaurant, BAR, Cottage, Club Dues, Guest Charges, Function Coupon, etc. run within the boundary wall of the Club.

4.Member / Affiliated Member who deposit the amount on account of Cottage/Room booking and if he/she cancel his/her booking the amount so deposited will be refunded as under: -

i.Before 10 days of booking 100% amount will be refunded.

ii.Before 5 days of booking 50% amount will be refunded.

iii.Before 3 days of booking 25% amount will be refunded.

iv.Within & On the day of booking No amount will be refunded.
